Before the public session on the CR Zone, the council held a closed session, apparently with their attorney, as the legality of this zone was questioned. We don't know because the discussion was "closed." The motion was made by Councilmember Duchy Trachtenberg, and Councilmember Valerie Ervin seconded the vote.
